COMICS

Introduction: I bet you've been to the middle school game page already and wondered... "Hey, why isn't there anything under 6th grade?" From 5th to early 8th grade, I had no plans on becoming a game designer; I wanted to be a comics artist and an animator for my career. Throughout middle school I would draw comics in a composition book, during lunch, on the bus, in class, or wherever; all of my free time went into the comics. I made stop-motion animation movies with my Lego minifigures and based the comics off of my favorite characters: Spongebob, Patrick, Darth Vader, a clone trooper whom I named Kevin, and a stormtrooper whom I named Dave. The superhero comics I did based on Spongebob and Patrick (known as the Super Idiots) were actually where I started game design. I wanted to make a video game based on their crime fighting adventures. I've uploaded the comics I drew in my notebook for safe keeping, and maybe one day I'll actually make a game based on the ideas that I had as a kid.
